This package includes:
1 x 30 Minute Hygiene appointment approx 1 month after completion of your treatment (no earlier than 2 weeks after)
2 x 30 Minute Hygiene appointments as advised for continued maintenance 3 or 6 months after last visit as required.
1 x review appointment with clinician 3-6 months post implant treatment and 1 x annual review (x-rays included as required).
ONLY £192 saving 15% off normal price.
* This must be booked as a package and paid in full at the first appointment with the dental hygienist.
* All appointments to be taken within 12 months of the completion of implant treatment.
* Refunds will not be given for unused appointments.
* Failed or missed appointments may still be charged as per our cancellation policy.
We also have Dental Implant Insurance through LAMP Insurance to give you complete peace of mind.
